* the ingredients :
° Flour - two cups three quarters
° Starch - a quarter cup
° Salt - a pinch
° Baking powder - half a teaspoon
° Large eggs - 2
° Vanilla extract - one and a half
teaspoons
° Butter at room temperature - a cup i.e.
200 grams
° Powdered sugar - a cup and a quarter
° Sugar, for garnishing - to taste
* The method of work :
1- Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix
well until you get a light-colored mixture.
2- Add the two eggs one after the other,
mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
3- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking
powder, and starch.
4- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the
butter mixture and mix well until you get a creamy mixture.
5- Shape the bitifor pieces using a plunger
and line them on a tray coated with parchment paper.
6- Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the
cuttings.
7- Bake Petifor in a preheated oven at 180
° C on the middle rack.
8- Take the tray out of the oven and leave
