Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup Recipe


Healthy cabbage !! This amazing Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup Recipe is perfect after the food of New year's eve, I'll be eating this for a week !!


- Garlic: 1 tablespoon (minced very fine)

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Baking potatoes: 2 large (russet), 12 ounces each or 1½ pounds total

- Salt and pepper, to taste 

- Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons

- Garlic powder, or to taste: ½ teaspoon


1. Set the temperature of your oven to 450 degrees and line 1 baking sheet with foil and coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Afterwards, you can cut the potatoes lengthwise in half and in half again, each piece should be cut into ¼-½ inch thick strips. And please place on the baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and garlic. Evenly coat using your hands. Make sure to spread the potatoes evenly over the entire pan.
