Cajun chicken alfredo recipe

* the ingredients :


° Butter - 100 gr

° Crushed garlic - 6 cloves

° Chopped mushrooms - a cup

° Chicken breast cut into slices - 500 gr

° Nestle Cream - 2 boxes

° Maggi or Knorr Soup with Mushroom - 1 sachet

° Green thyme, or to taste - 2 teaspoons

To boil chicken:

° Fine cinnamon for seasoning chicken - to taste

° Bay leaves - as desired


* The method of work :


1- Season the chicken slices with a little soft cinnamon, then put them in a saucepan and immerse them in water. Add bay leaf and boil it half a boil.

2- Meanwhile, melt the butter over the stove, then add the crushed garlic to it and stir until soft.

3- Add the chopped mushrooms, then cover the saucepan and leave the ingredients on a low heat until the mushrooms are tender.
