Peanut butter dessert only takes 4
ingredients, and takes only a few minutes to prepare. It's a natural vegan
dessert that is gluten-free and dairy-free, but it can also be made with butter
for a dairy version.!

* the ingredients :
° Half a cup (120 milliliters) of pure
maple syrup, "can be replaced with honey, but it does not give the desired
consistency and flavor."
° 1/3 cup (85 grams) natural salted peanut
butter
° 1/4 cup (56 grams) coconut oil "can
be replaced with butter"
° 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
° Half a cup (55 grams) of roasted salted
peanuts or cashews, roughly chopped, optional
* Method:
In a mini pancake mold, put 12 silicone
molds. Alternatively, you can line the mini pancake pan with parchment paper.
But the shape will not be symmetrical and beautiful.
In a small saucepan, mix maple syrup,
peanut butter, and coconut oil over medium heat. If peanut butter is unsaalted,
adding a nip of salt. At first it might not seem like they get together very
well.
Stir constantly, and bring to a boil while
constantly stirring, boiling for about two minutes.
The mixture should be a little thick and
shiny. If you are using a heavy bottom frying pan, you may need to boil it a
little longer. Add vanilla, mix it with the ingredients well. You can add some
nuts in the mixture.
Pour the mixture into pancake molds lined
with silicone or wax paper, and place 3 tablespoons of remaining chopped nuts
on top. If used, place the pancake tray in the refrigerator. If you don't have
space in your freezer, cool it for a few hours until firmly seated and then
transfer the pieces to a small container that will fit in the freezer.
Freeze it for 2-3 hours. The silicone
liners will be easy to remove once they are completely frozen. They will lose
their shape if you try to remove them early.
