° 1 cup all-purpose flour

° 1 cup brown sugar

° 1 and a half teaspoon baking powder

° 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

° 1 \2 teaspoon salt

° 3/4 cup low-fat milk butter

° 2 large eggs

° 1 cup honey

° 2 teaspoons melted butter

° 1 teaspoon vanilla


* How to prepare:


Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, and sprinkle the donut molds using cooking spray. Mix the flour, baking soda and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat the milk butter with eggs, honey, liquid butter and vanilla using an electric beater, and add the mixture to the flour.
