A big hie !! Believe me when I tell you they are simple bites that's fried to PERFECTION!!! I can smell this Delicious looking FUNNEL CAKE BITESfrom here....😘 



- 1 large egg

- 2 C.Of milk

- 2 C.Of flour

- 1/2 C.Of Melted butter

- 2 Tbsp.OF of Brown sugar

- 2 Tsp.Of vanilla extract

- 1 Tsp.Of baking soda

- A pinch of sea salt 


Step 1 :

In a medium-size bowl, mix together the milk with an egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

Step 2 : 

Immediately add the sugar, baking soda, and salt to the bowl, making sure to fold in the flour gently until the batter is smooth.

Step 3 :

The mixture should be poured into a baggy gallon size Ziplock and put aside for a few minutes.

Step 4 : 

Then you may pour oil in a frying pan, just until it is approximately half an inch deep. Okay now, switch the heat to high for 2 minutes, then turn it down to medium heat.

Step 5 : 

Please check your oil by dropping a small drop of batter into the oil. Now that it starts to show bubbles along the edges, it will be set, but if it didn't, you may turn it up a little bit again before it’s hot and nice.

Step 6 : 

Cut a tiny hole in the baggie’s bottom corner with scissors, and then slowly drizzle the batter into 2 rings and cook until the bottom half is golden brown.

Step 7 : 

When finished, turn them over gently with a slotted metal spatula, and cook again until the bottom half is golden brown.

Step 8 : 

In the end, sprinkle with powdered sugar and put on paper towels to drain the grease.
