Homemade Hamburger Helper

- Ground beef: 1 lb 

- Dry macaroni noodles: 1 cup 

- Hot water: 1 cup 

- Milk: 2 cups 

- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon 

- Paprika: 1 tablespoon 

- Onion powder: 2 teaspoons 

- Garlic powder: 2 teaspoons 

- Mustard powder: 1 teaspoon 

- Kosher salt: 1 teaspoon 

- Freshly ground black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon 

- Cheddar cheese, grated : 1 cup


1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, and drain grease.

2. You'll want to add all of the remaining ingredients to the skillet (except for the cheese), stirring to combine.

3. Once done, you can bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to a simmer and cook for about 12 minutes.

4. Immediately remove from heat, stir in the cheese and cover. Finally, allow to sit for about 2 minutes and then stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
