A traditional recipe for one of the most loved food in the world. The perfect comfort meal = homemade lasagne. Family and friends will meet at any point around the dining table for this lasagna recipe. A warm and consoling comfort in layers of noodles, tomato sauce, white sauce, and melted cheese!


- 12 lasagna noodles. 

- Around 470g.Of ground beef. 

- Around 470g.Of Italian sausage. 

- 3 c.Of ricotta cheese. 

- 2 c.Of shredded mozzarella cheese.

- 2 small cans.Of: tomato sauce. 

- 1 small can.Of: tomato paste. 

- 1 large can.Of: crushed tomatoes.

- 1 small onion, I diced it.

- 1/2 c.Of grated parmesan.

- 1/4 c.Of sugar. 

- 2 TBSP.Of Italian Seasoning. 

- 1 TBSP.Of olive oil. An egg. 

- 1 T.Of chopped fresh basil. 

- Salt and black pepper to taste. 


- Step 1:Add the olive oil and the onion to a large skillet over medium-high heat. 

- Step 2:Saut√© then add ground beef and sausage until tender. Cook and crumble until absolutely browned and baked. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian spices, tomato paste, sugar, and basil. Let it at low heat to boil. 

- Step 3: Bring the water to a boil in a big kettle. Connect the pasta to the lasagna and cook for 10 minutes. 

In cold water, drain and rinse. 

- Step 4: Add the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg to a medium-sized dish. Until incorporated, blend well. 

- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray with non-stick spray on a 9.13“inch pan and set aside. 

- Step 6: Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce on the bottom to start preparing the lasagna. Arrange the noodles over the meat sauce in one single layer. 

- Step 7: Spread 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, accompanied by shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the noodles. 

Repeat the layers and put cheese on top. 

- Step 8: Using aluminum foil to wrap and bake for 20 minutes.

- Step 9: Remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and heated inside. 

Until serving, let it cool for 10 minutes.
