Macaroni Salad

 


 

We prepared for you in my lady's kitchen a salad dish rich in ingredients that you can eat as a main dish, while dieting, easy to prepare and delicious pasta with vegetables for a healthy diet

 

* Ingredients:

 

° Pasta: Package (spiral-shaped, boiled and drained)

° Green onions: 2 sticks

° Frozen vegetables: 1 cup (carrots, peas, beans, corn, boiled)

° Black olives: 2 tablespoons (without pits, sliced)

° Parsley: 3 tablespoons (chopped)

° Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped diced)

° Salt: half a teaspoon (for seasoning)

° Garlic: 2 cloves (mashed, for seasoning)

° Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (for seasoning)

° Black pepper: half a teaspoon (for seasoning)

° Lemon juice: 1 piece (for seasoning)

° Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup (light, for seasoning)

° Walnuts: 1/4 cup (roasted, to taste, for face)

 

* How to prepare :

 

1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and leave it in the refrigerator until preparation.

 

2. Place the pasta and boiled vegetables in a deep plate and mix.

 

3. Add the parsley and green onions after mincing and mix, then add the olives.

 

4. Spread the marinade over the salad and stir lightly until the ingredients are mixed.

 

5. Garnish the salad with chopped nuts and serve cold
