Oven Baked Tacos



The way to make the Mexican shrimp taco sandwiches, a recipe saturated with homogeneous ingredients and flavors from the Mexican cuisine full of distinctive dishes.

The taco is a kind of tortilla, a type of bread that is made from cornmeal, which is cut into circles and then toasted in the oven to become dry.


* Ingredients:


+ To season shrimp:

° 1 tablespoon butter

° 450gm peeled shrimp

° 2 cloves of minced garlic

° 1 tablespoon hot sauce

° 50 grams of taco spices

+ For the salad:

° 1/3 cup mayonnaise

° 1 tablespoon honey

° 1 teaspoon lemon juice

° 1/4 teaspoon salt

° 3 cups grated cabbage

° 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced

+ For the sandwich:

° Tortilla bread

° A little melted butter

° 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

° Lemon slices


* How to prepare :



• In a large bowl, mix the salad ingredients, then set aside

In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the shrimp and stir for 3 minutes until it changes color

Add the garlic, hot sauce and taco spices and stir over a low heat for one minute until it becomes soft

The sauce is thick

Grease the tortilla bread with a little butter and put it in the oven to lightly toast

• Spread the salad in the tortilla boats, then add the shrimp and coriander and serve.
