* Ingredients:
° 15 g fresh baker's yeast
° 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk
° 1 c. tablespoon olive oil
° 1 c. teaspoon salt
° 1 c. powdered sugar
° 400 g of wheat flour
* Instructions :
The night before
▢
In
a large bowl, combine the yeast and cold milk until the yeast is completely
dissolved.
▢
Then
add the oil, salt, sugar and flour little by little.
▢
Knead
for about 5 to 10 minutes until a soft dough is obtained (add flour little by
little if you see that your dough sticks too much).
▢
Form
a ball, put it in a salad bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30
minutes in a warm place away from drafts.
▢
Knead
dough again for 3-2 min.
▢
Form
a large sausage with the dough and divide it into 10 pieces. Shape into balls
by rolling the pieces in flour.
▢
Place
these 10 balls of bread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, making
sure to leave enough space between the balls which will swell.
▢
Cover
with a damp cloth and store overnight at the bottom of the fridge.
The
next day
▢
Preheat
the oven to 225 ° C and take the breads out of the fridge. (Meanwhile, you can
get the table ready, coffee, and even squeeze oranges!)
▢
Take
the breads out of the fridge and bake them for 10 to 12 minutes.
ENJOY!
