Strawberry Heaven Pudding


Heavenly...All-time favorite of everyone !!The combination of ingredients makes the best Strawberry Heaven Pudding you'll ever taste, just give it a shot !!


- 1 angel food cake

- Cool Whip: 1 (16 ounce) container 

- Cream cheese: 8 ounces 

- Sugar: 1 cup (divided)

- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon 

- Fresh strawberries: 1 quart (sliced)

- Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons 

- Strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert: 1 (3 ounce) package 

- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon 

- Water: 1 cup 



1. Pick medium saucepan and combine in 1/2 cup of sugar, cornstarch, Jello, lemon juice, and water together.

2. Then please cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens and set aside to cool slightly.

3. You'll want to stir in sliced strawberries.

4. Make sure to tear angel food cake into 1 inch pieces and toss with 2 cups of the Cool Whip.

5. And please press into 9×13 inch pan (it's wise to use glass so you can see the pretty layers); set aside.

6. In mixer bowl, combine together cream cheese, 1/2 cup remaining sugar, and vanilla, beating until smooth.

7. Afterwards, stir in remaining Cool Whip and spread evenly over cake layer.

8. Alright now, you may pour cooled strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer, spreading to cover cake evenly. Finally, refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours before serving.


If desired, you can substitute a 16 ounce bag of frozen whole strawberries (thawed and chopped) for the fresh strawberries.
