For both men and women, hair is a strong
part of identity. We design our hair, color it, add accessories or give it a
free rein to send the world a message about ourselves. This is why hair loss,
although often harmless, can be so devastating. It doesn't have to be.
According to the Mayo Clinic, hair loss is
caused by the destruction of hair follicles and their replacement with scar
tissue.
The most common causes of hair loss are
family history (we thank Bald Uncle Bob for these genes!), Hormonal changes
(like pregnancy and menopause), medical conditions like ringworm and lupus, and
medications, such as those used to treat cancer, arthritis, depression, and
heart problems.

microwave or on the stove. Mix 1 to 3 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of
cinnamon. Massage your scalp with the warm home remedy and leave it on for 15-20
minutes before rinsing it off with a mild shampoo. Home remedies for life
recommend repeating the treatment 2-3 times a week.

rinse it off with water. Home Remedies For Life says the seeds are effective
because they contain hormonal precursors that stimulate hair growth and
proteins that strengthen tufts of hair.
