This apple pecan cake with caramel glaze

delicious flavor of apple, with a delicious mixture of pecans mixed throughout,

There are lots of chopped apple and walnut
chunks throughout this cake. The moist and flavorful texture will have you
baking this cake over and over for many years to come.
* Ingredients :
° 1½ cup of cooking oil
° 2 cups sugar
° 4 eggs
° 3 cups flour
° 1 teaspoon of baking soda
° ½ teaspoon cinnamon
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 2 teaspoon vanilla
° 3½ cups of Granny Smith apples (about 3-4
apples), peeled and chopped
° 1 cup chopped pecans
Caramel Glaze
° Cups of butter (1½ stick)
° 1 cup light brown sugar
° ¼ cup of milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
* Instructions:
The oven is heated to 325 degrees
In a large bowl, add oil, sugar, and eggs,
and mix until smooth and creamy.
In a median bowl, mixing flour/ baking
soda/ cinnamon/ also salt. Adding it to a large bowl. Blend well.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased tube bowl and sprinkle
with flour (you can use two loaf trays instead of a tube).
Baking at 325 degrees about an 1 h . Check
using a dental lab after about 50 minutes, and if it comes out clean, the cake
is done. If you use loaf trays, make sure to check them out in about 50 minutes
as well.
Making glaze
In a small frying pan, melt the butter over
low heat.
Stir with brown sugar and milk.
Bring to a boil over low heat, then reduce
the mixture to a low heat, stirring constantly.
Let it boil for 10 minutes while continuing
to stir.
Remove from the heater and add flannel.

Once the caramel glaze has cooled down a
bit, pour over the cake top.
