COWBOY COOKIES

 



These cowboy cookies taste like a fancy bakery they come from! Thick and fluffy, they are full of nutty goodness! 


I am a big fan of GREAT baked goods, especially cookies. These Cowboy Cookies are my fantasy, at over four inches in diameter, and filled with oats, chocolate chips, walnuts, and chocolate! 

Fortunately, they're just as convenient for a warm night in or a lunch box as they're on the range for a long day! I can't wait to test them on you.


INGREDIENTS :

- 2 large eggs.

- 2 Cups.Of chocolate chips

- 2 Cups.Of flour.  

- 2 Cups.Of oatmeal.

- 1 Cup.Of butter.

- 1 Cup.Of sugar.

- 1 Cup.Of packed brown sugar.

- 1 tsp.Of vanilla.

- 1 tsp.Of baking soda.

- 1/2 tsp.Of salt.

- 1/2 tsp.Of baking powder.

- Walnuts, to taste.


DIRECTIONS: 


- Step 1: Using your electric mixer cream the soft butter with both sugars in a large bowl. 


- Step 2: Then add two large eggs, and beat well until well incorporated. 


- Step 3: After that, you need to add the teaspoon of vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, flour, and oatmeal. 


- Step 4: when you have an incorporated batter, it's time to add the chocolate chips and walnuts. 


- Step 5: Drop the batter using a large spoon on a greased cookie sheet.


- Step 6: And pop it in the oven!! Bake your cookies for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
