COWBOY MEATLOAF AND POTATO CASSEROLE

 




Cowboy Meatloaf and Potato Casserole, invite the entire family! For this meatloaf BBQ, the cowboys and cowgirls can ride. 

This COWBOY MEATLOAF AND POTATO CASSEROLE is a basic, ground beef casserole recipe full of great flavors, and a cheesy creamy mixture.


INGREDIENTS: 


– A Pkg.Of {ORE IDA STEAM NMASH} Cut Russet Potatoes. 

– 470 gr.Of ground lean meat.

– 2 medium finely chopped onions.

– 1/3 Cup.Of seasoned bread crumbs. 

– 1/4 Cup.Of Barbecue Sauce. 

– An egg, lightly beaten. 

– 2 tsp.Of chili powder. 

– 3/4 tsp.Of salt. 

– 2/3 Cup.Of evaporated milk. 

– 1 tbsp.Of soft butter. 

– 1 Cup.Of crumbled real bacon. 

– 1/4 Cup.Of canned crispy fried onions.

– 2/3 Cup.Of shredded Mexican blend cheese.


INSTRUCTIONS:


Step 1 – Heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. And cover a 9.9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. 


Step 2 – In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, Barbecue Sauce, one large egg, Chili Powder, and Sea Salt. 


Step 3 – Press slowly into the bottom of the greased dish. 


Step 4 – Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until baked through. 


Step 5 – You need to carefully scrape some melting fat if necessary. 


Step 6 – Place your oven to Broil and your oven rack 8“ near to the heat source.
