Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

When it comes to cooking dinner, I LOVE using my slow cooker. With the extracurricular activities resuming soon, it's so nice to know that dinner is ready to go and that I don't have to spend precious time in the kitchen during my off hours. I have a Hamilton Beach Crock Pot and love it! It's perfect for feeding a family of four and we always have some leftovers when I make this slow cooker Hawaiian chicken recipe, so if you have a larger family that will work well too.

We have a little break this winter with the activities, but next month we'll get back to the crazy routine of football, Girl Scouts and club running. My son also informed me that he wanted to play t-ball, hockey, take karate AND organ lessons. Yes, ORGAN. I want to have well-balanced children, but something must give. I limit myself to two activities at a time per child so that they have decisions to make.
