Homemade Beef Stew

 




So Easy & Simple to make !! This falvourful Homemade Beef Stew is perfect for those Cold Fall and Winter Nights..!! Best of all, It's Hearty, Meaty, & Loaded with Vegetables and made with only simple ingredients !!



WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE :


- All purpose flour: 2 tbsps.


- Ground black pepper: ½ tsp


- Beef stew meat: 2 pounds (cubed)


- Water: 4 cups


- Beef broth: 2 cups


- Olive oil: 2 tbsps


- Fresh corn kernels: 1 cup


- Potatoes: 4 cups (cubed)


- Carrots: 2 cups (chopped)


- Dried rosemary: 1 tsp


- Chopped turnip : 1 cup (optional)


- Fresh green beans: 1 cup (cut into 1” pieces)


- Chopped fresh tomatoes: 2 cups (optional)


- Salt: ½ tsp



STEPS TO MAKE IT : 


STEP 1 :

In the beginning, grab a large pot and heat in the oil and stir in the beef and flour until browned.



STEP 2 :

Then be sure to pour in the water and broth and season with salt and pepper.


 

STEP 3 :

And please bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for one hour.



STEP 4 :

Okay now, mix in the potatoes, carrots and rosemary and simmer for another 1 to 2 hours.



STEP 5 :

To finish, you'll want to mix in the corn, green beans and simmer for 30 minutes & ENJOY !!!
