Scalloped potatoes


This is a tried-and-true comfort food !! These simply amazing Scalloped potatoes would make a perfect side dish to an elegant or celebratory main course, or the welcome addition to any potluck !!


- Potatoes: 800g 

- Liquid cream: 20cl

- Milk: 5cl 

- Lardons: 100g 

- Onions: 2 

- knob Butter: 1 

- Salt

- Pepper

STEP 1 :

In the beginning, Peel and slice the onions. Immediately heat the butter in a pan and brown the onions, stirring for 5 minutes. You can then brown bacon in their place for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring; drain them.

STEP 2 :

You'll want to set the temperature of the oven 180 ° C. Make sure to peel potatoes, rinsing them, dry them also cut to thin slices.

STEP 3 :

In a gratin plate, place potatoes, add onions & bacon and pour in cream and milk. And please salt also pepper moderaately.

STEP 4 :
