Delicious Chunks Of Chicken Baked In A
Mixture Of Garlic, Parmesan And Panko Baked To Crunchy Perfection !
My kids love chicken! Simple recipes like
this my soft chicken recipe are perfect for a quick lunch or an after-school
snack.
We are big fans of our family's breaded
chicken and chicken distillation.
The "special element" in these
bidding is Panko. Instead of just breadcrumbs or flour, I use panko. Panko is
generally used in Japanese cooking and can be found at the grocery store in the
Asian Food Aisle. I definitely prefer panko over regular breadcrumbs due to its
lighter and more delicate texture.
It results in a crunchier and more crunchy
finish than breadcrumbs. Especially when baking chicken instead of frying;
Panko makes a big difference!

* You will need:
° 450 grams of chicken tenders.
° 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
° 1 cup milk
° 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
° A cup of corn crumbs.
° Salt and pepper to taste.
* Follow these guidelines to easily prepare
baked chicken:
The first step:
I preheated the oven to 425 degrees
Fahrenheit, and using a nonstick cooking spray, I prepared a plate for
medium-sized baking, and set it aside for later.
The second step:
I put the yogurt in a cup and mixed the
Parmesan cheese with the corn crumbs and put it in another bowl.
Third step:
In yogurt, I put the tender pieces of
chicken and let them sit for 15 minutes.
The fourth step:
Then each piece was completely dipped in
the cheese + crumb mixture to cover it completely, and placed on the prepared
baking tray.
Fifth step:
On the tenders, I spread the melted butter,
and sprinkle on top of it 1 tablespoon of sea salt and freshly ground black
pepper.
The Sixth Step:
I baked the chicken for about 15 minutes
until it baked, crunchy and turned golden brown!
