If you are a fan of beef and broccoli, you will love this fried chicken. It's filled with soft chicken, mushrooms, and fresh broccoli. Hope you were inspired to make this easy and delicious dinner !

Chicken - We used skinned and boneless chicken breasts, but chicken or even thighs would be delicious here.

+ Stir Fry Veggies - We love this broccoli, onion, and mushroom combination for an authentic fried chicken with broccoli. You can chop broccoli with peas or zucchini and sub-onions with carrots.

Chicken broth - This adds more flavor, but the water can easily be replaced.

Low-sodium soy sauce - Since different brands contain different amounts of salt, add soy sauce to taste. You can always add more at the end, but you cannot get the salt out of the plate. Gluten-free, use tamari sauce.

Sesame oil - this ingredient gives the sauce the flavor of authentic Chinese frying. Don't skip it.

+ Ginger and Garlic - Fresh is best for quick frying, but in a pinch, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic for 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and replace 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger with 1 / 8-1 / 4 teaspoon of ginger Ground.

Brown Sugar - We employed 2 tsps packs lightly brown sugar. You can substitute one and a half to two tablespoons of a liquid sweetener like honey or add it as desired.

Cornstarch - Using cornstarch as a thickener helps keep this gluten free.
