This chicken pie recipe is full of flavor. It has a crust pie crust and a creamy buttery chicken pie filled with chicken breast, a mix of fresh and frozen vegetables, and a mixture of dried and fresh herbs

 

First I wanted to make an easy chicken pie. So, I started using chilled pie dough, all the frozen vegetables, and all the dried herbs. That was easy, but it really needs some bright, fresh flavors.

So, instead of making the easiest recipe, I decided to make the best chicken pie recipe.

 

Using fresh vegetables and some fresh herbs in the filling gives this pot pie so much flavor that it's okay to eat a shortened crust with the crust and use a pre-chilled pie crust.

 

Of course, if you have the time to make a homemade pie crust, that would be great too.

 

* Ingredients :

 

° Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

 

° Chicken breasts: 4 breasts (fillets / cubes)

 

° Onion: 1 piece (chopped)

 

° Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)

 

° Mushrooms: 3 cups (sliced ​​fresh and chopped)

 

° Italian herbs: 1 teaspoon (dried)

 

° Chicken broth: 1/2 cup

 

° Cooking Cream: 1 cup (liquid)

 

° Salt: 1 teaspoon

 

° Mixed Spices: 1/4 teaspoon

 

° Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

 

° Puff pastry: 2 packages (rectangular shape)

 

* instructions :

 

1. In a big frying pan on heat, heat oil, also adding onions, stir about 3 min .

 

3. You should adding chicken, garlic & herbs & stirring for 5 min .

 

4. You can then add the mushrooms, salt, black pepper and spices while stirring until the chicken becomes brown.

 

5. Finally, adding broth also leave mixture to chicken is tender, mushrooms are softly , and broth decreases for 16 min .

 

6. Well now, you should put the liquid cream over the mixture, reduce the heat, and boil it on low heat for about 5 minutes.

 

7. After spreading it with a little butter, spread the dough on a plate in the oven.
