SHRIMP FRIED RICE

 



Very tender and delicate flavored with vegetables!! This hot and spicy shrimp stir-fried rice is one of my favorite meals because it tastes amazing !! Once you try this wonderful, simple, and simple meal or side dish, you won't go to a Chinese restaurant !!



INGREDIENTS :



- Rice: half kg ( you should cook it and let it cool)


- Peeled head shrimp: half kg 


- Garlic: 8 cloves (minced) 


- Chilies: 5 (chopped)


- Green onion: a bunch (chopped)


- Red bell pepper: 1 (chopped)


- Yellow corn: ½ Cup


- Fresh basil: ½ Cup


- White onion: 1 small (chopped)


- Egg: 1 medium


- Sugar: a pinch


- Fish sauce: 3 Tablespoons


- Oil: 2 Tablespoons (for frying)


- Soy sauce: ½ Tablespoon


- Lime: half of a large one



INSTRUCTIONS :




1. Combine together the soy sauce with the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar in a mixing bowl until the sugar is fully dissolved.



2. Make sure to heat a wok or wide frying pan and drizzle over medium-high heat with 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. You can then sauté 2 sliced garlic cloves and chili for 30 seconds.



3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until finished, it takes around 3 minutes.



4. You'll want to add the onion, the sliced bell pepper, the yellow corn, and the rest of the garlic and fry for approx 2 minutes. Immediately add the rice and the sauce that you created and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and keep stirring.



5. You should add 1 tsp of oil in the center of the plate and break into the egg. And please scramble the egg and eventually mix it with the rice.



6. The last step is to turn the heat off and add the green onion and basil to the mixture. Serve warm & ENJOY !!!
