* Ingredients:

+ To prepare the cake:

° 6 large eggs.

° 3 cups all-purpose flour.

° 2 and a half cups of granulated white sugar

° 1 and a half cup of ghee.

° 1 and a half cups of almond milk.

° 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

° a pinch of salt.

+ For ice:
° 1 cup white sugar.

° 1 cup brown sugar.

° 1 cup of condensed milk.

° 1 piece of unsalted butter.

° 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.

* Directions :

Step 1:

Preheaat oven to 350°F, & grease 2 round cake pans.

Step 2:

Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.

Step 3:

Beat the sugar with the ghee until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then add the vanilla and almond milk and mix the dry ingredients again for 2 to 3 minutes but be careful not to over mix.

The fourth step:

Pour the mixture into greased pans and place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Fifth step:

Combine white and brown sugar in a large saucepan, add butter and condensed milk. Place the pot over medium-high heat, stirring well, until it thickens.
Add the vanilla and a pinch of sea salt and cook for another 7 minutes.

Step 6:

Remove the molds from the oven and leave to cool completely.

Step 7:

Pour one cup over the first cake tier, pour the second, and pour the remaining garnish over it. Cut and serve!
