HOW TO REMOVE MOLD FROM CAULK

What You’ll Need:

An old toothbrush (Trust me, you won’t want to use it again!)

A disposable cup

Baking Soda

Bleach

The Steps:

Preparation: First, ensure your bathroom is well-ventilated. Safety first!

Mix it up: In your disposable cup, combine around 1/2 cup of bleach with about a cup of baking soda. Depending on the bleach type, you might need to adjust the ratios. Aim for a toothpaste-like consistency to ensure it clings to the caulk.

Application: With your trusty old toothbrush, apply your freshly made mixture to the mold-infested caulk. This is where the magic happens!

Wait and Scrub: Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then gently scrub with the toothbrush. Those moldy spots won’t know what hit them.

Rinse and Shine: Rinse off the area with water, and voilà! Your caulk should now be looking almost as pristine as day one.

A Few Tips:

If you're sensitive to bleach, consider wearing gloves and a mask.

For more stubborn mold, let the mixture sit for a longer time before scrubbing.

Afterward, make sure to dry the area thoroughly to prevent mold from making a swift comeback.

Your bathroom is more than just a functional space; it's a haven. Give your shower the TLC it deserves and keep it looking fresh and fabulous. Moldy caulk? Not on your watch!
