How to keep mosquitoes away for many hours naturally

In this article we explain how to repel mosquitoes with a simple natural ingredient: vinegar. It is widely used in cooking, but also in natural medicine thanks to its antibacterial properties. The intense, penetrating aroma of vinegar is unpleasant to mosquitoes, and acts as a natural repellent .

Placing a full glass of white wine vinegar on a surface, such as a bedside table, can repel mosquitoes for several hours. The aroma released by the vinegar has a repellent action on small insects.

To increase the repellent properties of vinegar, try preparing a remedy by mixing it with lemongrass, which is itself one of the most effective natural products against insects. Pour a few drops of lemongrass essential oil into a glass full of vinegar.

Another natural repellent that you can combine with vinegar is eucalyptus oil. Again, pour 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil into a glass or cup full of vinegar, to place on the table or bedside table to keep mosquitoes away.
