Chicken with Honey Garlic and Crispy Crumbs


1/2 cup of honey
minced garlic, 2 teaspoons
2:1 soy sauce
one tablespoon of corn starch and three tablespoons of cold water

Heat up a skillet and toss in the garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Blend well by stirring.
Bring the ingredients to a boil over medium heat.
The cornstarch and cold water should be combined in a basin. Mix well by stirring.
Once the cornstarch has been added to the pan, swirl constantly until it has thickened.
Turn off the stove.
Paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and flour should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
In a separate dish, combine the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
Toss each piece of chicken with the flour mixture after dipping it in the egg wash. Coat them well.
Heat a big skillet over medium heat in a pan over the stove.
Bring the oil to a boil, then remove from heat.
Brown the chicken pieces on all sides, which should take around 5 minutes after adding them to the pan.
Incorporate the fried chicken pieces into the honey garlic sauce-coated basin and mix thoroughly.
