Instructions for Making Potato Foil Packets with Garlic Steak
To make sure these delicious foil packets bake evenly, preheat the oven to 425°F, or 220°C.

Before marinating, mix the lean sirloin steak pieces, baby yellow potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and freshly ground pepper in a large mixing basin. Coat the items well with the fragrant spices by gently tossing them.

Evenly distribute the steak and potato mixture among four aluminum foil sheets measuring 12×12 inches for packet preparation. Make sure the foil packages are tidy and secure by sealing the contents with care. That way, the flavors won't escape and will only get stronger as they simmer.
